How to install apk directly to OTG USB drive?

Question

I installed the manifest in my file android:installLocation="preferExternal", but not installed in the external storage as USB.

I can install SDCARD on external storage.

In addition, I tried adb commands, for example:

   adb devices
   adb shell pm set-install-location 2
   adb shell pm get-install-location

But you can only transfer to SDCARD.

Please provide an offer to install the application directly on the OTG Pen Drive.
