Eclipse does not recognize code changes

A friend and I are working on a java project in Eclipse. Whenever we “send” a new version, we export it to an executable jar.

It seems that whenever we try to send the file back and forth (on the Google drive) to work on individual parts, something is messed up. This does not happen for him, but when I download a file from Google Drive, Eclipse does not recognize any changes that I make in src.

It doesn’t matter how many times I change the workspace, move / rename the file, clear / create the project. Nothing seems to solve this problem. Any tips on why this is happening and how to fix it?

perhaps because it does not update your .class , try removing the .class from the target "folder of your project, make it clean (the project is clean) and save the changes again
