Graphene Grafana, no entry required

Question

I am trying to use a direct graph link in graphan to save a png image to disk.

This requires cookies with saved data, so the user does not need to log in (if they have already accessed it before), but you must log in to the system.

I can’t use auth.anonymous settings in grafana.ini file because it will make everything accessible, which is bad.

Any clues on how to handle this situation?
