Emacs helm-projectile, slow start and shell file find very slow

I am on emacs using a projectile helmet. I noticed that emacs starts up very slowly, ~ 4 s. And the search for fuzzy matching shells is also slow, when I type the file name in full, it takes about ~ 3 s.

I am working on a very large project, ~ 110K files. Is there any way to exclude a search path from folders?
