How to set default font size of IntelliJ IDEA documentation?

I can change the font size of pop-up documentation from the right corner (gear icon).

But I need to reinstall the documentation font for different classes.

Is it possible to set the default font size of the documentation from the settings?

Please consider more recent versions of the IDE. For example. in IntelliJ IDEA 2016.2.3 , the font size value set in the popup documentation window can only be set once and will apply to all classes.
