Add a “2 second pause” in the click to call the service

I am developing a web page to provide the ability to call a service. I want to add a pause of "2 seconds" after dialing +919999999999, like this

<a href="tel:+919999999999,456"></a>

shows +919999999999 in a dialog box on an Android phone, it ignores anything after the decimal point I tried several other ways:

<a href="tel:+919999999999p456"></a>

shows +9199999999997456, p converts to 7

<a href="tel:+919999999999;ext=456"></a>
<a href="tel:+919999999999;postd=456"></a>

shows only +919999999999. None of them seem to work. In some cases, it works fine with iOS and Blackberry. Please suggest me the right way.
