How to scale image in Android CollapsingToolbarLayout, for example, WunderList

Like the two screenshots below. The first baggage is when the toolbar has not collapsed, and the second image is the folded toolbar. I wonder how to animate and scale the image (T) and fade out its name (Tester32)
