Variable number of fields on google form?

Question

Is there an easy way to make a variable number of fields in Google Form based on the numerical input from the previous field (for example, ask how many people will be registered and then specify this number of name fields)?

I tried Google and looked at Stack Overflow, but found nothing. I am not very familiar with JavaScript, although I know a small amount of PHP.
