How to create rating bars in Android?

I need to create rating bars, like on Google Play, as follows:

Do I need to manually create all this or is there an already implemented solution?

ps the built-in RatingBar looks awful and does not work properly.

Here are two libraries to help you:

And a more customizable rating panel:

https://github.com/badoo/StarBar

The latter can easily set colors and have many listeners.
