I wrote an application that works fine on my development device and my Win 7/8/10 VM, but it crashes on every other computer (win 7/8/10), I tried it. When you start the application, it is almost as if nothing had happened.
In Event Viewer, the exception is an XamlParseException.
- I create this with VS 2013 update 5
- Targets.NET 4.5 Application
- I tested .NET 4.5 on other devices
