How to stop the stroller from having to reload the image on each stray in Windows?

Question

When I launch vagrant upon Windows for the first time, I expect it to load, then cache the box. But if I started vagrant halt, and then vagrant up, I had to wait 15 minutes for the machine to be loaded and reassembled; When I started vagrant box list, it says that the base field is specified for it, so what else do I need to do to use the cache?

I remember reading somewhere in the documentation , where there is one config.vm.box_check_update, which will make it check for updated versions of the current window on each vagrant up, but I do not see it in Vagrantfilefor wordpress-vvv .
