Xcode 6.4 hangs with "Timeout waiting to receive a lock file for the" AVFoundation "module for Release configuration

While Debug configurations work for my project (Objective-C, OSX), the Release configuration always hangs in the same place with the same message Timed out waiting to acquire lock file for module 'AVFoundation'pointing to my .m file that imports the structure AVFoundation. It seems like a rare mistake, because the search engine doesn’t help him much. A similar problem is with Swift, so it is not applicable for my case.
