Custom Home Page Call Status Bar

Question

I am trying to implement a progress bar, like calling wats-app on IOS (as shown in the picture). A progress bar should appear on the main screen when the application is running in the background.

This panel will be displayed automatically when your application is running in the background.
The color will be red and blue depending on the background task being performed.
Note. Some background modes do not show this band (for example, audio playback).
