CoAP Too many observers

Question

I want to "Observe" resources on a CoAP server. But I noticed that after registration, to observe several resources on the server, additional resources that I try to "Observe" cause the message "Too many observers"

I am using Copper (Firefox) to connect to the servers.

Is there a resource limit that can be observed using a CoAP server? Google doesn't really help me here. Am I doing something wrong?
