Authentication with WebApi & AspNet.Identity 3

What is the best authentication solution for the WebAPI / AspNet.Identiy 3.0 - * / SPA architecture?

The OAuth 2.0 JWT marker carrier seems to be the best approach to coquet. But I could not find the latest examples with AspNet.Identity 3. Does anyone know what to do to generate JWT with Identity?
