IOS - get wifi user / password from a keychain

To provide fast user authentication, the idea is to use the same wifi (enterprise) network credentials. Can I get the user / password used to access the network from the application? I mean access to the keychain software?

From apple documentation

iOS: iOS provides access to the application only to its own keychain items.

And I think that if a developer can access data as sensitively as a wifi user password, this could be a serious flaw for iOS ...
