How can I fix Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise Edition for proper installation and operation?

During installation, he had a problem installing Java SE. This was optional, so I did not think anything about it. I restarted the computer. Now when I try to open Visual Studio 2015, reinstall or uninstall, I see the logo for a while, then it disappears.
