IOS9 multitasking with iAd banner size

I have a universal app with an iAd banner at the bottom. I have iOS9 multitasking work. When my application runs on the iPad in portrait and I break into 2 applications, my application becomes compressed .. that works. The iAd banner at the bottom does not resize to a condensed image, it is just cropped. Is there any way to configure this?
