How to send a push notification in two segments at different times at a time in a session

Question

I am working on an Android project in which I use a parsing cloud to push notifications to our customers. During the day, we send nearly 200,000 notifications to customers. We send 1,000 notifications in volume, therefore, to send 200,000 notifications, we must repeat the same process 200 times to manage traffic on our web server.

Thus, when analyzing the parsing, it creates 200 segments, and in addition to it, we send customers about 50 thousand different messages at different times in one day, so for them it again creates 50 thousand segments in the parsing push notification analysis panel.

Currently, 2,500,000 segments are being created, making push notification analysis more and more difficult.

We want something like this to have only two segments every day, i.e. first for 200,000 notifications, and the second for 50 thousand notifications. Is there a way to do this when analyzing?
