Will there be an automatic upgrade of the Azure SQL database to new levels of service?

Question

I am currently using the free web version of the Azure SQL Database 20 MB. Microsoft will release Azure Web and Business after September 12, 2015. Microsoft has announced new levels of service.

If I do not update it to new levels of service, will it be automatically updated? What service levels will be updated?

If it does not automatically update, will my database be deleted or will it remain as usual?
