Is the Apple Watch detected by an RFID reader?

I am new to NFC technology.

Apple has not yet opened NFC for developers. Does this mean that a third-party application cannot write data or run an action on the device?

But is it possible to identify the clock with an RFID reader like a smart card?

This is possible using the Apple Wallet Pass with NFC support. These require special approval from Apple , but allow the Apple Watch or iPhoneSE / 6 / 6s / 6 + / 7/7 + to submit a unique identifier to the NFC reader. Confidentiality may be a problem, but the Value Add Services (VAS) protocol that Apple has chosen in its NFC implementation allows the NFC reader to request a targeted pass. Together with the native application, this function can check the notification on the Watch / iPhone via Bluetooth or Push Notification to confirm the intent style experience.
