Change WPF mouse button background with C # conditions

Question

I have a huge problem and I don’t know what to do. I am writing a client in C # WPF. I have 3 elements in my form (text box, password, button). Therefore, I want to change the background of the button to “active (change image)” when people fill in the text field text and password. Something like login and password.

So, I have this C # code. This works, but now I have a problem. When I hover over my button, it changes the background back to "Disabled."

I know this because of the Mouseover image brush, but how can I block it or change the C # code with the above conditions. Testapplication
