Convert iOS developer account from person to company

Question

I registered my apple account as an individual for the iOS development program. Now I want to convert it to a Company / Organization account. I searched the Internet but could not find a way to do this. Can I convert it or should I create a new Apple account to register as a company / organization? Any help would be appreciated.
