Change (use an older) version of C ++ in Visual Studio

Is it possible to use an older version in Visual Studio than C ++ 11? A similar question showed that it is impossible to use a newer version, but I want the compiler to complain when I use language functions available only for C ++ 11.

To completely disable the features of C ++ 11 in Visual Studio, you must compile a toolbox that is old enough so that it does not have any C ++ 11 features. VS2008 was the last version of Visual Studio to support C ++ 11 (question about this here : Visual Studio 2008 with C ++ 11 ).
