Unable to get aws response of lambda function in PHP client

Question

I am trying to call a simple Aws Lambda function using PHP as stated in the documentation, but I am not getting the desired answer.

Lambda PHP Client

Node.js Lambda Function This is nothing more than this simple code that returns "success" when the Lambda function succeeds. His working find is on the Amazon Lambda console.

Amazon response I get a private data object that I cannot access. And according to the documentation, Payload should be the answer from the function. But I get an object that I can’t access again, since the data of the parent objects is private.
