Windows - PHPDocs cannot be installed via Pear

Question

When running two commands to install phpdocs:

pear channel-discover pear.phpdoc.org pear install

PHPDoc / PhpDocumentor

I get this error below saying that I cannot unzip the tgz file below.

It seems that the PEAR installer was not able to unzip the downloaded .tgz for some reason, perhaps the zlib extension was not compiled, for example.

As a job, you can specify that PEAR should request an uncompressed package file:

pear install --nocompress phpdoc/phpDocumentor

Faced with the same problem, it turns out that the package for 2.8.2 has problems, because it pear install phpdoc/PhpDocumentor-2.8.1worked just fine

This problem is spetialy for windows ios to avoid the error:

set 7-zip before running phpdoc command
