Git submodule check error: "fatal: link is not a tree"

As you can see, the recipe does not apply to the submodule sicl. Therefore, as I understand it, the claspGit repository has a false link to 280c12ab49223c64c6f914944287a7d049cf4dd0somewhere inside it. The people on # git also seemed to think this was believable. As you can see, the recipe does not apply to the submodule sicl. So, what is the best way to solve this problem? What operation is required for the claspGit repository ?

NOTE. The problem does not appear without a step git checkout tags/0.3-test-3. So the problem is probably in this particular thread, herefixnum.
