I developed an Android app that displays videos from my channel on YouTube using the YouTube API.
I show the video directly through the YouTubePlayerView class . I don’t use user authorization on YouTube, I just show the video in the player from my channel.
I also use video ads in the same Activity. I’m showing a video ad in front of a YouTube video. But I'm not sure this is so important.
I also have another action showing a list of videos from my channel. For the list item, I use the name of the video and thumbnail. I take the title and thumbnail from the YouTube site using:
http://img.youtube.com/vi/" + url + "/default.jpg
and
http://www.youtube.com/oembed?url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=" + id + "&format=json
Everything works perfectly. But when I downloaded the application on Google Play, my application was deleted. Here is what they wrote:
“After a regular review, we determined that your application is downloading, monetizing or otherwise accessing YouTube videos in violation of the YouTube Terms of Use or the YouTube API Terms of Use. Unauthorized access to the content, product or service violates the Software Distribution Agreement and not allowed on Google Play "
What should I do so that they accept my application?
