How to connect a debugger to an application running on Apple Watch?

I want to debug the Apple Watch app in the same way as when it runs on the simulator. When launched on the simulator Debug> Attach To Process, the apple watch application will show, but this does not appear when the application starts on a real Apple Watch. Any suggestions?

At startup, make sure your application and Apple viewer are selected in the drop-down menu. Therefore, it should automatically connect at startup.
