How to add demo content to wordpress theme in avada?

I need to create a blog page in WordPress that can be done directly by adding demo content to the avada wordpress theme, which I know, but I don’t know how it really is possible. so please tell me about it.

go to wp-admin> appearance> go to the "Theme" tab> "General" tab> click the "Import demo content" button and you will get demo content added to the avada theme
