Can angular and knockout be used in one web application?

I am learning Angular JS and Knockout JS. Therefore, as a rule, during interviews I came across a question such as

• Can we use both Angular JS and Knockout JS in one application at a time.
• And what can be the disadvantages and advantages if we do this?
• If we cannot use both structures in the same web application, what are the reasons.

Please help me.

• Yes, you can ("But why would you? AngularJS already bind data" would be my counter question)
