Ninject with Web Api, SignalR, MVC, and OWIN

Question

I use Ninject DI in my web application with a bunch of technologists from the Asp.Net stack (MVC, Web Api 2, SignalR).

I managed to make DI work for all the technologies used as follows:

So far so good.

All this worked with the initialization of Web Api in Global.asax.

Now I go to the OWIN pipeline. So I removed GlobalConfiguration.Configure(WebApiConfig.Register);from Global.asax and added

to my class OwinStartup. DI for Web Api has stopped working.

I started searching for a suitable solution and found a Ninject.Web.WebApi.OwinHostpackage. Therefore, in order to have independent dependencies of the kernel on all technologies, I made the following changes:

in OwinStartup:

in NinjectWebCommon:
