SQLCipher cannot open database after apprestart

What am i trying to do

In the application that I create, we store secret user data that needs to be encrypted. For this, we would like to use SQLCipher. We implemented this as in the documentation.

Now I have the following problem. If I create the database for the first time, I can read and write db. If I restart the application, I cannot read the database again and get a ton of errors. What am I doing wrong?

Here is the code of our SQLiteOpenHeler:
