German Gender Numbering

For Italian, ICU offers serial numbering schemes %spellout-ordinal-masculineand %spellout-ordinal-feminine. But for the German it seems that only the general form is available %spellout-ordinal(this creates "erste, zweite, dritte"). I would expect male and secondary forms. Does anyone know if there is any specific reason why they are missing?

Just found the following note about an unsupported feature: Saxon 9.6 Documentatio n

For German (lang = "de"), the ICU does not provide a case / gender variable (that is, only "Erste", not "Erster").

, , ..

  • Faminine - die zweite
  • Neuter - das dritte

, , "r", "s"
