How to make ipad only portfolio?

I am making an ipad application and I only install the application in portrait, but does it still work in landscape? Why does this only happen on the ipad? How to fix it?

Note: if the answer is in code, write it fast.

In xcode, select your project. Go to "Goals" → "General", scroll down, and you can choose the orientation only as a portrait.

You can also make changes to the info.plist file to select the correct orientations for the supported interface orientations (iPad).
