I am new to vagrant, but I tried it a few months ago.
Now it just doesn’t work, I generated a puphpet configuration and downloaded - of course, the ruby and the puppet stone and the virtual box were installed - but when I hit the stroller, it throws a certificate error and so on:

curl performs SSL certificate verification by default, using a "bundle"
of Certificate Authority (CA) public keys (CA certs). If the default
bundle file isn't adequate, you can specify an alternate file

If this HTTPS server uses a certificate signed by a CA represented in
the bundle, the certificate verification probably failed due to a
problem with the certificate (it might be expired, or the name might
not match the domain name in the URL).
If you'd like to turn off curl verification of the certificate, use
the -k (or --insecure) option.
I installed the mozilla CA package certificates and added the system variable 'SSL_CERTIFICATE_PATH' and the path works. This was the solution to the gem package manager problem.
Anyone have an idea how to understand this?
Thanks Advance, Danny
The system I'm trying to work on: (installed Win7 x64, Ruby 2.1.5p, Vagrant 1.7.2, git)
