How to link cordova app to windows store?

I am new to corodova (visual studio plugin), I wrote a simple application and I want to link it to the Windows repository, but the option is disabled. project -> right click -> store -> Link the application to the store (disabled), there is something that I do not see, or there is another way to link this application for storage.

Select Windows Phone Universalthe assembly configuration (drop-down menu at the top of Visual Studio). It will not be enabled for iOS, Android, etc.
