Light table: parentheses do not close automatically

I am trying to edit Clojure / ClojureScript files on a Light Table with paredit, but the plugin does not seem to work. When I open the brackets, it does not close.

However, the plugin is installed as it shows the list of plugins.

Am I missing some configuration step, or is this an error?

(At the time of writing, I just installed the latest version and did not touch the configuration).
