Install tkinter on ironpython

I downloaded binpthon 2.7.5 from the site and I need access to tkinter and the turtle. They are not included by default in binary files. I am in an extremely limited environment because I am at school. All my files are stored on drive Z: on an external server that every computer accesses at school. Therefore, I cannot access the C: drive. Therefore, I cannot use MSI files. However, I can run zip files since it has both Blender 2.79 and Ironpython on it. My problem is TKINTER! I need it and I don’t know how to get it. I don’t even know where Ironpython reads modules! And after that I need to know where to get tkinter from.
