Use libc ++ on windows?

Question

Is support for libC ++ / supported and enabled and compiled on Windows with Clang / LLVM as native? For the native, I do not mean the dependence on mingw and cygwin. I did not find many documents on this, but I believe that it should be supported since clang for Windows has been released for a long time.
