Making calls over the internet in android

What are the available APIs or existing Android technologies that can help you make a call over the Internet, more like VOIP. I checked the documentation online, including this , Confusedly Confused, where to start. Can anyone help with a better guide? Thank.

PJSIP is one of the best media libraries available on Android. you may want to google the pros and cons of this against the native SIP Api Sroid and based on your project, choose one over the other.

There are several others, but PJSIP is a complete solution.
