Eclipse - missing GWT options

I start with libgdx and recently installed the Eclipse eclipse GWT (4.2) plugin and other resources. I am struggling with missing GWT parameters in different places. I tried to find different answers, but could not find an answer to SO. Please forgive me for duplicating the question.

  • Google and GWT options are missing on the settings page -
