How to install github for windows offline?

Currently, I can only download GitHubSetup.exeand wait for the download to complete.

But my internet connection is unstable, and it often breaks. Can I get the full version of Github for Windows, so even if the connection fails, can I still finish the installation?

Note: GitHub Desktop was rewritten and released in September 2017, almost three years after your question.

I just downloaded (March 2018) it GitHubDesktopSetup.exe, and I confirm: the installation process seems to be disabled. If you downloaded 80 MB of settings, it will be convenient for you to go.
