In eclipse it shows that 1.8 is not a valid language level

I am using the drools project in eclipse luna, java 1.8, drools 5.4.0. When I open the drools file, it shows a value of "1.8" is not a valid language level. what should I do?

Late answer, but the publication hopes this will help someone anyway.

Remove the compliance level with Java7: Project Properties> Java Compiler and select the "Enable special project settings" check box. Select Compiler Compliance Level 1.7.
