Alternative Retired TogetherJS

Question

Is there a good alternative to TogetherJS ? His GitHub has been idle for several months, and this post says he is currently dead with an uncertain future.

The feature most unique to TogetherJS, as ShareJS said, is the ability to see another person’s cursor for use in troubleshooting / remote assistance.

Try ShareJS, it looks like! ShareJS is an operational conversion library for NodeJS and browsers.
