Two weeks ago, some users with different versions of Android 4+ started reporting a problem (3-4 users every week). All of them were going to make their first purchase on the Market, but before they did not introduce a payment method.
Therefore, when such a user clicks on a purchase in the application, the market asks them to enter information about the payment method, but when the pop-up window appears, there is no button “Enter credit or debit card number”.
I can not reproduce this problem (I tried 6 different devices with 6 different versions of 4+ and Android, even 4.4.4 and 5.0). After that, we asked one user to try another application, and he said that this error also appears in other applications!
There is no information on the Internet about this. So does anyone know another method to show the "Enter Credit or Debit Card Number" button? Or maybe someone had the same problem and it was resolved?
