Indicate the location of docx in markdowns

Question

I use r markdown to create text output documents of my code.

I was wondering if there is a way to indicate that pages landscapewith narrow margins(approximately 1.75) with everything formatted from a centerpage with a specific design layout, and if there is a way to indicate the position of the images on each page, for example pg4 image 1 center left, image 2 at the top right, image 3 bottom right.
