What is the "Preference" preference in WatchKit-Storyboard?

I still could not find anything on the Internet, which makes Customization for WatchKit user interface elements.

Somebody knows?

The adjustment will add or subtract that many points from the size of the element. Let's say you have an element whose height is set to 50% relative to the container, and then you add an adjustment of 10. If the height of the containers is 100, then the height of the element will be 60, since it will be 50% of 100 plus 10. I use it in my application to get the exact height I want relative to the height of the watch.
