Scroll child child iframe?

Question

Is it possible to load a child iframe of a cross-domain and scroll it to a specific section?

Say, for example, I would like to address the issue of stack overflow and use JavaScript, scroll to the part of the page where the question is asked, and, possibly, impose a selection or something else.

My hack would be to load an iframe with huge height, like really very tall, and then scroll through it just by moving the position.

It sucks, but the best way?
