Deprecated app on the app store and promoting another app

Question

I have two applications in the application store, for example A.0 and B.0. None of them contain an apple button notification service. I integrated the application A.0 into application B.0 and gave it a new version of B.1. I want an outdated A.0 app constantly from the app store.

And now I want to force existing users to upgrade or install the B.1 application that have already installed the B.0 and A.0 applications. So is there a way to do this?
